Ethical Governance: Our Foundation

Ethical Governance was founded in 2014 by Sanela Osmic, who identified a gap in current governance models while working on her post-graduate research on a value-based governance model. Sanela noticed that ethics and human behavior were often neglected in traditional governance models, leading to a lack of trust and accountability in organisations.

Determined to make a difference, Sanela combined cutting-edge research with years of practical experience to establish Ethical Governance. Her goal was to promote ethical behavior and integrity at all levels of governance by providing organisations with the tools and resources necessary to establish and maintain a culture of transparency, accountability and responsible decision-making.

Since its inception, Ethical Governance has been dedicated to helping organisations improve their governance practices and establish a reputation for ethical behavior. We work with a diverse range of clients, including public and private entities, non-profits and government agencies, to provide customized solutions that address their unique needs.
